The Fanpass confirmed that following a computer intrusion on our platform from the night of 30 April to 1 May, the security of a limited amount of user personal data may have been leaked.

The fraudulent intrusion targeted recovering contact details, which may include
  • surnames
  • first names
  • email addresses
  • telephone numbers
It also confirmed below the key data are safely encrypted and stored by user banks and payment providers. Their integrity was not compromised by the incident.

The incident only affected the platform and servers, personal devices of users were not involved. Technical actions were immediately implemented to quickly put an end to the intrusion and no action was required on the user side.

The Fanpass emphasized that it values the security of data and the transparency of any breach accident processing so that it informs users of the occurrence and resolution of this breach.

Considering that some users' email addresses leaked, it asks users to be very cautious about any suspicious email solicitations, as their data could be used for phishing purposes. You should be careful in the following scenarios:
